OUR HOUSE
The comprehensive renovation did it
During the renovation 2016/2017 of our house, we have paid particular attention to high-quality design and equipment to provide you with a modern accommodation with high comfort.
For example, triple glazed plastic windows were installed everywhere and fitted with roller shutters incl. Insect screen to give you peace and a pleasant indoor climate all year round.
The radiators were replaced in the whole apartment by a pleasant underfloor heating. All floors are covered with tiles in wood look, so that the underfloor heating can have the greatest effect.
The paved parking lot offers storage space for up to 10 cars. Also for vans, small trucks and trailers is enough space available.
Some special amenities such as access to the house and rooms by electronic key, a cozy tiled stove or a spacious balcony provide an additional feel-good factor. After all, we want you to feel comfortable with us!
